Easy Overnight Protein Oats

Ingredients
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 1 tablespoon sugar, agave nectar or honey
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon organic cocoa
- 1 serving protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 1/2 cups of water (or coconut water)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a crockpot (slowcooker) and mix well
- Set the crockpot to Low and let the ingredients simmer
- When oats start to thicken, set crockpot to Warm and add one additional cup of water
