Ingredients

  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, agave nectar or honey
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon organic cocoa
  • 1 serving protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 1/2 cups of water (or coconut water)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a crockpot (slowcooker) and mix well
  2. Set the crockpot to Low and let the ingredients simmer
  3. When oats start to thicken, set crockpot to Warm and add one additional cup of water
