Chicken Breasts with Nandos Bushveld Braai Sauce and Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients
- 5 skinless chicken breasts
- Nandos Bushveld Braai Sauce
- Fresh lemon or lemon juice
- 1 Bag of pre-mixed vegetables (1.5 KG) or
- Butternut
- Mixed pepper
- Courgettes
- Red Onions
- Fresh Rosemary
- "! Herbs and Spices"
- Coconut- or olive oil
- Black pepper and Himalayan Salt
- Fresh garlic or garlic salt
For The Chicken
For the grilled vegetables
Instructions
- Preheat the over to 200C
- Prepare an oven-proof dish with olive oil
- Tenderise the chicken breasts with a meat hammer and add to the dish
- Marinade with Nandos Bushveld Braai sauce and add a dash of lemon juice (make sure to marinade evenly)
- Chop some fresh coriander and add as a topping
- Prepare an oven-proof dish with olive oil and garlic
- Chop the vegetables or add the bag to the dish
- Drizzle with olive oil and add a generous helping of black-pepper and salt to taste
- Add both dishes to the oven. Chicken should be cooked through with no visible "pink" meat when you cut it. Vegetables should still be firm or can be cooked to taste.
